AGREEMENT – Internet Marketing Consultant (IMC)

The person completing and named in this form (“IMC” hereafter) and Local Search Force, Inc., (“Company” hereafter) a Florida Corporation mutually agree to enter into an agreement as outlined in the sections below. By initially the sections below, IMC is acknowledging that they have read, understand and agree to that term. By each party signing this agreement, they attest their agreement to this Agreement in full.

1. STATUS: IMC is employed at will. Company uses Frank Crum as its payroll leasing company.

2. SCHEDULE: The work schedule is Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00, with one hour in an unpaid mid-day break from 12-1 (35-hour week). Company is not open on President’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, the Fridays before Memorial Day and Labor Day, July 4^th, the week of Thanksgiving and 2 weeks in and around Christmas and New Year’s and these are not paid days off.

LSF is hopeful and expects IMCs to remain with LSF for years and years. Any resignation, termination, extended absenteeism, no call no showing, etc. prior to LSF Retirement is considered Early Departure and paid at the Departure wage with no commissions or bonuses.

3. PERSONAL AFFAIRS: Cell phones are not permitted in the sales area during production time. Texts, emails, family calls, appointments, etc. are to be conducted before or after working hours or while IMC is on break. If needed, personal affairs during business hours should be handled by stepping outside the office. Cell phones are not needed in the job duties and should be powered off once IMC is on post. IMC texting or personal web searching while being paid wages by COMPANY is problematic.

4. BASICS: IMC is expected to be on post when scheduled, rarely call off work, and willing to do all functions of the job they are contracted to do. IMC is to be well-rested, well fed and not hung over or on other illegal or non-prescribed drugs while on post. IMC is to be friendly to prospects/clients/staff, learn about Company and Company’s products, deliver what is promised, have excellent follow-up, help keep their space and office clean, and make “helping the client” a senior priority in all actions and decisions.

5. POST: The job title is Internet Marketing Consultant (IMC). This is an inside sales position within Local Search Force. The purpose of the IMC post is to expand Company’s active customer base.

6. PRODUCT: “New Get Found Customers” is the valuable product produced by the IMC and an IMC’s performance is judged on their production of Get Found Customers. A New Get Found Customer is a targeted business, whereas the business owner fully understands, wants and orders a $250+ monthly marketing service. IMCs are expected to close a minimum of 4 new Get Found Customers per month.

7. BASIC TRAINING: IMC is trained on every function of the production line including appointment setting, selling basic and monthly services, and customer retention. IMC will train on and be expected to utilize the workable LSF sales technologies. Training is self-paced.

New IMCs will generate 10+ Spotlight Story Contacts within 1^st 3 days at LSF, close 5 CMA deals within 5 business days within 1^st 3 weeks at LSF and produce 2 Get Found Customers within 1^st month. IMCs are expected to complete Basic Training with one month.

Trained IMCs that do not produce 1 or more new Get Found customers in a week are considered to have had a "hiccup". Their hourly rate will be the same as is they were in training.

8. JOB DUTIES: IMCs do the following on a daily and weekly basis:

*Be on post & producing when scheduled

*Prospect to generate 2+ leads per day

*Edit spotlight stories

*Close clients on our CMA services

*Deliver the CMA to customers

*Close clients on becoming Active Customers

*Follow-up calls, emails and text

*Keep CRM accurate & up to date

*Train & Drill

9. DEBUGGING: On occasion, good people with great potential may not complete training in a timely manner, or have a period when production slows or stops. This can create a situation where those producing or have produced income are funding those that are not producing… socialism. Instead of termination, IMC’s not getting through training timely or are not producing 4 new Get Found Customers per month once trained, the IMC may be offered debugging (instead of termination), which will consist of a selling or a training sort out, additional training, drilling, apprenticeship and provide time to become fully competent in selling LSF services. Debugging continues until the IMC closes 2 New Get Found Customers within a 10 business day period and demonstrates they can and are willing to produce all sub products.

10. WEEKLY COMPENSATION: Compensation is paid based on the post one is doing. Compensation is paid each Friday with a one-week lag by direct deposit by contracted payroll company or by Company payroll check on or before Friday at 5:00pn on payday.

All commissions, overrides and bonuses listed below are based on successfully processed payments. Commissions and overrides are paid on money billed during the week of the sale & not paid on future payment plan payments. This is money that can immediately be processed using our merchant services or revenues that can be deposited into our bank account via cash or check. Failed processing, sales made by mis-representing services, sales made outside Company authorized terms or pricing, creating misguided client expectations, client cancels within 90 days and all chargebacks are not commissionable orders and will be reconciled in future week’s pay periods.

IMC WAGES

· IMC Wage is $30/hour up to $1,050/week

· Basic Training Wage and Hiccup Wage is $20/hour

· Early Departure & Debugging Wage is $10/hour.

COMMISSIONS – Paid on total revenues produced above $1000 in the week from Marketing Packages fully and honestly sold.

· 10%

· And 10% if IMC has perfect attendance

· And 10% if IMC produces 10+ New Contacts with Spotlight Story Edits done

· And 10% if IMC fully closes (payment, completes order process, and schedules for delivery) 5 New Customers for CMA services.

· And 10% if IMC produces 3+ New Get Found Customers

RESIDUALS – Recurring Residual Bonus

· In each production month (determined by the 4 or 5 Fridays in a calendar month) that IMC produces 8 new Get Found Customers, IMC will earn 10% per Active Get Found Customer they sold. This bonus will be paid on or near the 15^th of the following month.

BONUSES & OVERRIDES

· $250 Bonus for each client starting at $500/month and $500 Bonus for each client that starts at $800/month.

· $10 Bonus for each 5 Star Review on Google or BBB with a very positive comment procured from someone we serviced.

· 5% Recruiter’s Override paid on internet marketing packages payments at the time of sale on anyone you fully recruited into LSF.

· 5% Supervisor’s Override paid on internet marketing packages payment at the time of sale on any IMC’s you are senior to.

RETIREMENT

· Once and when IMC has 400+ Get Found Customers from their personal sales, they will be paid 10% residual commissions with no production requirement and whether they continue working for Local Search Force or not. There is no further qualification to be paid recurring revenues so long as IMC is in good standing with Company and not engaging in anything that may be viewed as a competitor of Company.

Debug Wage	Trained IMCs that produce 0 new Get Found customers for 3+ weeks	$10/hour, up to $350/week + Commissions and Bonuses
Departure Wage	IMCs that resign, stop showing up for work or are terminated.	$10/hour w/no bonuses & bonuses

11. FOUNDATION: While employed or contracted by Company, IMC will not engage in activities that may, at the sole discretion of Company, reduce, impede, compete with, or impinge upon the expansion of Company or its staff. During employment and in perpetuity, IMC agrees to not make direct or indirect derogatory, invalidating, or discriminatory (sex, age, religion, race, etc.) comments, remarks, reviews, communications, etc. about Company, its staff, owners, services, or customers to anyone or any online outlet. All Company Policies, Directives, hats, prospect lists, customer lists, sales schemes, pitches, services, org board, and tools provided to IMC are confidential and are not to be removed from the office or used outside of the office unless on Company business. IMC agrees to not share or provide anything confidential to anyone else except as part of the post’s usual production (ex. training a IMC using a Directive). In perpetuity, IMC will not personally or assist another in targeting or contacting prospects or customers of Company for the purpose of promoting or selling another person or companies’ services without written authorization from Company.

12. OBSERVATIONS: IMC will notify Company in writing by hand delivery to the President of all non-optimum issues or working conditions related to their employment, the work environment or Company.
